About Twerk&Step Direction
  • Movement: Twerk is characterized by sharp hip thrusts and active "shaking" of the buttocks, often in a squat.

    This is an overtly sexualized dance style in which the dancer manipulates his or her hips and buttocks.

    Twerk is an intense cardio exercise that strengthens muscles, especially the buttocks and legs, improves flexibility and endurance.
